This is a great introduction to Thai massage techniques. It’s good at relieving the everyday stresses that we all get from time to time. Relaxing Thai is a slow massage with light pressure. Warm oil is an essential part of the process and, if the client would like, tiger balm is very beneficial as well as aiding clear breathing.

This is a traditional deep tissue massage therapy using firm finger pressure. This helps to release tension from deep within muscles and joints. Thai Original uses firm pressure on specific areas, crossing muscle fibres and tendons. Warm oil and/or tiger balm can be part of the process if the client would like (Tiger balm is both beneficial and aids clear breathing). The therapy includes stretching of all parts of the client’s body to relieve tension in muscles and joints. This therapy is very effective at relieving muscular pain.

Thai Deep Tissue is slower, firmer and with deeper finger pressure. This helps release tension by massaging specific areas across muscle fibres and tendons. Deep tissue therapy includes stretching of all parts of the client’s body to relieve tension in muscles and joints. This means deep tissue massage is very effective at relieving muscular pain.
